thats good news then. incidentally, i took the red machine for its MOT last week before i conked out with flu. it passed with flying colours, again. hurrah!!

and, 'the right car for the driver'? are you trying to tell me that im basically dull, and cause muscular pains in peoples thighs for 4 days?

actually, now thatd be something to be proud of.

hmm...... nicki goes off, pondering that thought for a while....

Incidentally, I had a full (and expensive) service done on the Polo by VW themselves, and it's come back in terrific form. All the little niggles and rattles have been massaged out of it, so now not only is it comfortable but it's also super-quiet. Must make sure I don't dose off.

Well, I'm glad. It's important to love the one you're with. I guess it's a question of finding the right car for the driver - I love my new Polo, but I rather suspect you'd hate it.

Okay this comes from the man that caned his last car to oblivion!! I have owned my Corsa for the past 5/6 years and it has done me proud. The only work its needed doing on it was a new back box for the exhaust, and a new battery when the poor thing was sat on my driveway whilst I had a quick, and looking back on it, ill concieved idea to buy a 1.8 VW Golf and be a girl racer for a little while, and the corsa conked out, probably due to jealousy. This has been the only problems with my little car in all that time!! its a sturdy little thing, i didnt even realise it was windy until i got out of the thing because its built like a tank and doesnt move even in the gale force winds of the past few weeks, and it has been totally reliable ever since i bought it. True the poor thing doesnt go over 90 (but why would i want to, hmmm?!) and it doesnt have the street cred of some other motors, but, its a great little car. I love my little corsa. so shove your comments up your arse, Morgan!!
